Amendment and Cancellation policy

How do I get a refund after cancelling my package/booking?
After cancelling your booking, the refund shall be processed within 10 business days except Sunday and holidays from the date of receipt of cancellation request. If we have received the payment through a valid credit card, then the same will be refunded to your credit card only. Payments made using any other mode of payment will be refunded through credit to your bank account within 15 business days.
What are the cancellation / Amendment charges?
Cancellation and/or amendment of hotel/packages shall at all times be subject to fees/charges/levies/payments as may be levied/payable to the relevant hotel in accordance with such relevant hotel cancellation/refund policy. Any cancellation/amendment fees/charges/levies/payments levied by/payable to the relevant hotels and suppliers shall be to your account.Cancellation and/or amendment of hotel/packages shall at all times be subject to fees/charges/levies/payments as may be levied/payable to the relevant hotel in accordance with such relevant hotel cancellation/refund policy.
