If the payment on the credit card is declined for some reason, alternate payment instructions must be received by Minar Travels (India) Pvt Ltd, 72 hours prior to the time of departure; else, the order is liable to be cancelled.
You should not take any action based on information on the Website until you have received a confirmation of your transaction. Amendment and Cancellation policy
To amend/cancel your package, kindly send an email or contact a Minar Travels (India) Pvt Ltd Executive on +91-11-43368700. You may be required to directly contact the nearest hotel office (of the concerned hotel) to get your booking cancelled.
How do I get a refund after cancelling my package/booking?
After cancelling your booking, the refund shall be processed within 30 days from the date of receipt. The refund shall be processed within 30 days from the date of the cancellation request being made. If we have received the payment through a valid credit card, then the same will be refunded to your credit card only. Payments made using any other form of payment will be refunded by cheque within a maximum of 30 days from date of cancellation.
What are the cancellation / Amendment charges?
Cancellation and/or amendment of hotel/packages shall at all times be subject to fees/charges/levies/payments as may be levied/ payable to the relevant hotel in accordance with such relevant hotel cancellation/refund policy. Any cancellation/amendment fees/charges/levies/payments levied by/payable to the relevant hotel shall be to your account.
Except to the extent stated in the individual hotel terms and conditions or otherwise applicable to specific package booked/ issued, cancellation fee are payable as follows.

The above mentioned cancellation process and refund processing time may vary. Refund would be given through the channel from which the payment has been made.
Minar Travels India Pvt. Ltd has an Insurance policy of Errors and Omissions for all over India and SAARC countries excluding Pakistan. Travellers are advised to carry their Travel Insurance and Medical Coverage Policy to cover exigencies and medical urgencies. Vilasa Team will extend all coordination and support in case of any exigency.
