Destination: Delhi – Agra – jaipur – Udaipur – Mumbai
On arrival in Delhi you will be given greet and meet assistance at airport. Outside airport, you will meet Vilasa representative to transfer you to your hotel in the comfort of well-chosen transport.

Day 2: Delhi
After breakfast, you will start the day with sightseeing of Old and New Delhi. Highlights of sightseeing would be Jama Masjid – built between 1644 and 1656 is the largest mosque in India , the Red Fort – a fortress palace built by Emperor Shah Jahan is a UNESCO world heritage site, India Gate – War Memorial of 82,000 Indian soldiers who sacrificed their life in First World War, the Parliament – the headquarters of the government apartment, Qutub Minar , the tallest minaret of 73 meters of bricks in the world, the Mausoleum Hamayuna, Gandhi Memorial , erected in memory of father of the nation, Laxminarayan temple (Hindu Temple), and Bangla Sahib (A Sikh Temple). Fort is one of the most important historical monuments of India, embodies the long period of Indian history, a symbol of architectural beauty and power of the ruling dynasties of India.
Evening you come back to relax the comfort of your Hotel.
Experience 1: During your visit to Gurudwara Bangla Sahib, you will watch and if willing, join the voluntary group who are cooking the food called “langar” and served free to devotees of all cast and creed.
Experience 2: During your visit to old Delhi, you will enjoy a rickshaw ride around Chandni Chowk, oldest shopping street in Delhi.
Experience 3: You can ask to visit Akshardham Temple, the largest Hindu temple complex in the world intricately carved with flora, fauna, dancers, musicians, and deities.

Day 3: Delhi to Agra (233 Kms / 04 hours)
Morning drive to Agra visiting Fatehpur Sikri enroute
Fatehpur Sikri the deserted, red sandstone city that was built by Emperor Akbar as his capital and palace in the 16th century. Also visit the Bulund Darwaza the largest gateway in the world.
Thereafter continue drive to Agra. Upon arrival in Agra – check into the hotel.

Day 4: Agra
After early breakfast, you will leave for excursion to Taj Mahal -the most outstanding monument of love in white marble, one of the Seven Wonders of the World. It is the most famous and long-lasting construction of the Mughal Empire, a masterpiece of architecture, the Indian Muslims. Built on the orders of the sultan Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal. The building began to build around 1632 and completed in 1653. The Taj Mahal is considered the finest example of Mughal architecture, a style that combines elements of Indian, Persian and Arabic architectural styles. The walls are lined with polished marble, translucent, brought the construction of 300 km, inlaid with semi-precious stones – turquoise, agate, malachite, and carnelian. Marble has the peculiarity that in bright daylight it looks white; pink at dawn, and in the moonlight – silver. Taj Mahal is a five-domed building height of 74 m on a platform with four minarets at the corners (they are slightly tilted to the side of the tomb, in order that in case of failure as not to damage it), which adjoins the garden with fountains and a swimming pool. Inside the mausoleum are two tombs – the Shah and his wife. During the year, the Taj Mahal is visited by 3 to 5 million visitors, of which more than 200000 – from abroad. In 1983, the Taj has been included in the UNESCO World Heritage. Later, you can visit the marble mausoleum of Itmad- ud- Daulah – architectural structure of extraordinary beauty, built by Empress Nur Jehan in memory of her father Mirza Ghiyat Beg -Mughal army commander. Then visit the Agra Fort, or the Red Fort, built by order of the Mughal emperor Akbar the Great in 1565, another UNESCO World Heritage Site. At different times, the fort was used for military purposes and as a palace.
Experience 4: In evening you will attend “Mohabbatein Taj Show” depicting the romantic love story of Emperor Shah Jahan and his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal.
Experience 5: Visit to private collection of gems/jewellery and embroidery/ tapestries in Agra.

Day 5: Agra – Jaipur
Drive in to your private car to Jaipur – the capital and largest city of the Indian state of Rajasthan in Northern India, also known as the Pink City of India. Check in your palace hotel, which is a destination in itself.

Day 6: Jaipur
After breakfast, you will go to Amber and its famous palace. Riding on elegantly caparisoned elephants, we approach the palace in the traditional way. The high gateways allow us to enter on these broad-backed animals. Inside, we will find lavish courtyards, beautifully decorated halls and the Chamber of Mirrors.
Later sightseeing tour of Jaipur city, visit Jantar Mantar, an observatory, which is equipped with instruments of astonishing size and precision, including a 90 foot high sun dial which is remarkably accurate, We will also see the ornate and elaborate Palace of Winds, the Hawa Mahal, a famous landmark of Jaipur and the City Palace museum.
This city was showcased in Hollywood movie “Best Exotic Marigold Hotel”.
Experience 6: In evening explore the ‘Bazaars’ in the old city on a Rickshaw.

Day 7: jaipur – Udaipur
After breakfast, drive in to your private car to Udaipur. Rest of the day is free to explore the vibrant colorful Udaipur city.

Day 8: Udaipur
After breakfast, we will visit City Palace complex and the shores of the Lake Pichola. The City Palace was built as the capital of the Sisodia Rajput family by Maharana Udai Mirza Singh in 1559, after he moved from Chittor. Situated on the east bank of the Pichola Lake, it has many palaces inside its complex. Believed to be the largest of its kind in Rajasthan, the splendid building represents a perfect combination of the Mughal and Rajasthani architectural styles.
Later, you will visit the mysterious palaces and beautiful gardens. Continue our drive we will head towards the Saheliyon ki Badi, the Garden of the Maids of Honour for the Royal Ladies of Mewar.
The rest of the afternoon is free for leisure or you can enjoy a boat ride on the striking Lake Pichola, sailing past the stunning City Palace, Jag Mandir Island and the famous Jag Niwas Island.
In the evening, we will transfer you to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 9: Udaipur – Mumbai
After breakfast at the hotel, transfer to airport to board flight for Mumbai.
On arrival at the Mumbai international airport, you are met by Vilasa representative and transferred to your hotel.
The city of Mumbai is vibrant, vivid and electrifying. The city’s rise from the dowry of a Portuguese queen (when Catherine of Braganza married England’s Charles II in 1661) to the country’s foremost sea port, commercial center and home to the world’s largest film industry, has been nothing short of meteoric.

Day 10: Mumbai
Set off on a morning excursion to Elephanta Island (closed on Mondays), located 10 kms north east of Apollo Bundur. The island is home to four rock cut temples carved out out between 450 and 750 AD. The most renowned of the caves’ sculptures is a Trimurthi, a three-headed 20 feet tall figure of Lord Shiva.
The afternoon sightseeing tour of Mumbai begins at The Gateway of India, Mumbai’s foremost landmark overlooking the harbor, was conceived following the visit of King George V in 1911 and officially opened in 1924. A drive up to the Malabar Hill, to the Hanging Gardens, gives a panoramic view of the city and the Queens Necklace – the Marine Drive. You will also visit Prince of Wales Museum on 11th November, 1905. The museum was completed in 1915 and designed by George Wittet. The tour concludes with a drive through the Flora Fountain and Fort area and view the Gothic and Victorian style buildings. Visit the Victoria Terminus (now known as Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus) India’s finest Gothic building and a bustling Railway Station. Continue drive around the Horniman Circle and visit the Town Hall, right beside the docks.

After Breakfast, your private chauffeur takes you to International Airport to catch your onward flight.

•Taj Mahal is closed to public on Fridays. However, with the restoration of Mehtab Bagh, a 17th Century Mughal Garden, its location across the Yamuna River, provides breath taking view of the monument. It is possible to sit in this beautiful surrounding to have à uncluttered view of sunset or sunrise over the mausoleum.
•Elephant ride to visit Amber Fort in Jaipur is subject to availability as government has restricted the number of rides and prior reservation. Clients will have to queue themselves and wait to see if they can get a chance to have the elephant ride. There is no guarantee that even after queuing, they will get an elephant ride if the quota of rides is over. In this case, we shall provide Jeep ride to ascend the Amber Fort.
